Representative understands and acknowledges that any disclosure or misappropriation of any Confidential Information in violation of this Agreement may cause Manufacturer irreparable harm, the amount of which may be difficult to ascertain, and agrees that Manufacturer shall have the right to apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an order restraining any such further disclosure or misappropriation and for such other relief as Manufacturer shall deem appropriate, and Representative expressly agrees that Manufacturer shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedy provided by law, to obtain an injunction or other equitable remedy respecting such violation or continued violation.

The parties agree that the arbitration award is final and binding, and that the judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction, and either party may file an action to compel arbitration with any court of competent jurisdiction.
The award is final and enforceable and may be confirmed by the judgment of, or enforced by, a court of competent jurisdiction.
